Cancellation & No Show Policy

To Our Valued Guests
Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at Skin Bar and Studio. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and to provide the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele. We respect your time as a valued guest, and we kindly ask that you respect ours.
Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or you arrive late and your provider is not able to accommodate you and must cancel your appointment, your credit card on file will be charged the $100 cancellation fee.
No Show Policy
If you do not show up to your appointment you will be subject to a no show fee of $100.
Refund Policy
Our providers take the time to consult with each client individually to review treatment options, goals, expected outcomes, and any associated risks and benefits.
Please note the following policies regarding purchases:
- All services are non-refundable once purchased.
- Skincare product sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.
- Injectable treatments (including but not limited to Botox, Juvederm, Radiesse, Restylane, Perlane, Sculptra, and Versa) are non-refundable. Once treatment has been administered, refunds or credits cannot be issued.
